"How can I join a four-wheeling club?"
That’s the question we get asked most frequently here at Four Wheeler, even more frequently than we’re asked, "What lift should I put on my truck?" So we’ve decided to do our best to answer it for everybody who has ever asked. We will publish the most complete guide to four-wheeling clubs that we can compile in an upcoming issue. Making this the most complete guide ever published is where you can help us. Please send us the following information:
_TPPassing of Orlene Eklund
_TPOrlene Eklund passed away on January 29th. The funeral is Monday, February 3rd at the Lakeside Community Church. Please contact Cindy St. Clair for more information 883-3994. Though many of you probably didn't know Orlene very well you know and love her longtime soulmate Uncle Vic. He will need your support.
February Delegates Meeting
The M4X4A Quarterly Delegates meeting will be at Mountain West Bank on February 9th at 10:00 A.M., and NOT at the Lewis and Clark County Library as previously mentioned.
The address is 2021 N. Montana Avenue, Helena MT. (Downstairs)
This is near the intersection of Cedar Street and Montana Avenue. For those coming in on I-15, take the Cedar Street exit and head west. Montana Avenue has a stoplight, with JollyO's gas station on the right, and a carwash on the left.
This is the new bank building that faces Montana Avenue.
Divide Ride 2003
I don' t have a lot of details, just that the M4x4A Divide Ride is on for 2003 and will be based out of Boulder.
If you have any additional information to add, or requests for assistance, chore list, whatever, I've created an M4x4A members-only discussion forum for Divide Ride Discussion
HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE
Let's say it's 6:15 p.m. and you're driving home (alone of course), after an unusually hard day on the job. You're really tired, upset and frustrated. Suddenly you start experiencing severe pain in your chest that starts to radiate out into your arm and up into your jaw. You are only about five miles from the hospital nearest your home; unfortunately you don't know if you'll be able to make it that far.
What can you do?
_TPConvention Registration Correction
_TP There is a typographical error in the Forum. The cost is $16.00 per person, not per couple as shown on the registration coupon.
The Skyliner address on the Convention registration form and in the directory
is wrong. If you send in your registration, you'll probably get it back if
sent to box 292.
