Proposed Bylaw Change

Greetings Montana 4x4 Association members. A amendment to the M4x4A bylaws has been proposed, and will be voted on and discussed at the State Convention to be held Saturday, April 20, in Bozeman. This is the one meeting of the year where EVERY membership has a vote!

Proposed Bylaw Change, submitted by Ted Riebe, to be voted on at the April 20 convention in Bozeman.

Current Bylaw:
Article V. Officers
Section 6.
There shall be no more than two (2) officers (i.e., President, Executive Vice President, Secretary, or Treasurer) from any one club at any time.
