The Montana 4x4 Association's Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the membership was today (04/29/2003) in Bozeman. The M4x4A is an association of 4x4 clubs from all over Montana.
Among the business discussed or dealt with were association finances, membership information and directories, conservation projects and agreements, corrections, and additions to the association by-laws, and other assorted businesses.
Elections of Officers (the BOD) also occur at this meeting.
Here are the results. The new M4x4A BOD is:
President Tom: Mandera
Vice President: Richard Hiltz
Secretary: Stacey Osborne
Treasurer: Bill Springer
All FY2022 officers were retained in their positions for FY2023.
